This is really my mother's recipe, but they were a favorite of mine so she named them for me. The recipe allegedly serves four. Two is more like it!
In a 9" or 10" skillet with an oven-proof handle, melt
Sauté until the apples are slightly soft, stirring frequently, about 5 to 6 minutes. Beat
Loosen pancake around the edges. Cut into wedges and serve. |
