I once got close up to a BAE146 and noticed it did indeed have a keyhole.
I inquired to the chap touring me around and he indicated it was a lock
for the door.  I've not seen this on any Boeing or Airbus aircraft I've
been close up to.  Though, I know you can get locking doors to the flight
deck.
