Although the `Cripple-Seven' nickname did stem from them (for whatever
valid/invalid reasons), they aren't getting rid of/replacing the GE-777s
they paid/contracted for so they still need that place.

In the end, the Welsh facility is GEs baby with/without BA  anyway, AFAIK.
