Cycles are important as well.  Not all the parts are replaced.  The
Fuselage skins may be replaced over time if enough cracking or corrosion
is present.  the wing skins cannot be replaced, only reinforced where
local fatigue problems arise.  Many of the "units" like gear, pumps etc
are replaced.
