If you're refering to the four "wires" trailing from the winglet (plus
another four trailing the outer half of the aileron), you're looking at
static discharge wicks, not HF antennae.  The only thing I see in the
picture that appears to be an antenna is the fin sticking up from the
top of the fuselage.
