Does this mean that it would be economically viable to transport fuel
purchased in the USA to Sitzerland by air, and it would still end up costing
you less than if you purchased that fuel in Switzerland ?

Is it not correct to state that if you carry unnecessary fuel, you are
reducing the amount of cargo you could carry on that flight ?
