Just so there is no misconception about the ValuJet accident, there was
no indication improper maintenance contributed to the crash.  It was a
case of wrongly including oxygen cannisters with tires and grease in the
cargo hold.  They may as well have just lit the fuse and tossed a bomb
in there.
