Add the IAI Kfir (F-21)

Also, the USA has bought Spitfires during WWII, and in WWI just about all
American planes were supplied by allies.

[Moderator's note:  Enough already!  Obviously the US Government has
acquired a number of non-US aircraft types.  Listing every single one
of them adds nothing about airliners but noise.  Karl]
