No.  The failure mode was duplicated in a water tank, with no engines
involved.  It was a fatigue failure at the place where the stress was
raised due to the shape and location of the hole for the window.  The
failure was important because of the pressure differential (the cycling
of which on takeoff and descent had caused the failure in the first
place) which ripped the fuselage apart when the failure occurred.
