Martha's Vineyard Airport (MVY) has two runways, the longer of which
is only 5,500 feet.  Nothing that Hilary Clinton is likely to be on
could takeoff in that distance and make it to London.  I'd bet she's
using a smaller aircraft or even a chopper to go the 70 miles to BOS
then using one of the VIP/presidential aircraft from there.
