You might want to check out my web page, "Greg's Guide to Spotting at
PHL" at http://www.geocities.com/CapeCanaveral/1273/phl.html.  I have a
rather long list of frequencies used at PHL, along with their
designation (tower, ground, Washington Center, Departures (090-270
degrees)) etc.  I think you will find it to be of some help to you.
