Not to the bandwidth used for flight testing, but the AIMS (integrated
avionics) system on the 777 has the capability to transmit many flight
parameters to the airline in near real time using VHF or Satcom
datalink.

In fact, the airline can program the system to trigger recording
actions on virtually an unlimited number of events.
