I'm not sure about the exact figure, but Middle East Airlines - Air Liban still
operates B707s as part of its fleet. MEA also used to operate B720s, but those
have been phased out over the past few years. MEA recently acquired a government
loan to upgrade its fleet. I believe they will be purchasing A320s and A321s.
The remainder of the fleet consists of 4(?) A310s and 3 B747s.

Trans Mediterranean Airlines (TMA) is also another airline that uses B707s.
TMA is a cargo airline, and they have been having financial problems for a long
time now. I'm not sure how many B707s they operate.
