Even if the reason for engine shutdown or failure at Take Off is not worrying,
the Pilot usually turns around and flies back in.

I know of many LH occurances wherein the pilot turned around for such 
problems as Engine Overheat or Oil Pressure anomalies on their Long Haulers.

What does the MEL say about this?
