The MD-80 (and now the new MD-90) has engine-out compensation as part of
its DFGS (Digital Flight Guidance System), and the airplane can even
complete an Autoland if the engine failure occurs once the mode is
engaged.  As far as I know this capability is fairly standard these days
on flight guidance systems.
