This economic calculations are very unreal because they do not include all
the major costs.

If you aircargo a luxury car or apples from the State of Washington to
JFK, you have to include the environmental costs of airpollution, health
costs of noise pollution to mention major costs categories.

If businesses or people want these aircargo services, let them pay for it.
It is not fair to dump these environmental costs on the taxpayers at large
and airport communities in particular.

Anyone interested in this Pigovian economics may want to read Paul
Hawken's best selling  book "The Ecology of Commerce. A Declaration of
Sustainability". (Harper Business 1994)
