We don't commonly hear about the Q-codes here in the U.S.  We refer to QNH
as the "local altimeter setting", and QNE as "pressure altitude"  I have
never seen an altimeter set to QFE (Glider or otherwise), but that may be
because I live in Colorado (home airport elevation is 5657), and I doubt
the altimeter could be set to "0" (would probably require something like
24.40").
