Just to add my 0.02 cents....

1.  They now only have one 146 prod line at Woodford (nr Stockport) in the UK.

2.  They have just moved the 146 prod line from Woodford to Prestwick and a 
    good proportion of the workforce IS NOT moving with it !!  So the bugs
    will return !!
